Community Residential Services

Connections Services offers person-centered plans within a variety of settings for indivduals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our residential services are habilitative, meaning that we help individuals build skills to improve their daily living. Our objectives are to strengthen independence, assist individuals to increase integration and socialization in their community, learn and maintain new skills and to exercise control and choice in their lives. By meeting the person where they are at, developing a plan in partnership with they and their support system we ensure that individuals have the support they need throughout their stages of life.
